Vision Part 1 – Why use it in your Business?

Visioning goes past the normal way we construct our goals. A Visioning Process is about manifesting from your essential self, not from other models of success.

At the end of the day, true success is internal though it of course has external expressions. Visioning, is not about looking good to other people or living up to preconceived expectations.

A Vision process is about expressing the highest version of yourself and your Business.

At first, the process and outcomes of visioning may seem vague and non-essential, but the impact to your life and the long-term benefits are substantial. Here are just some of the benefits of visioning that you will enjoy:

  • Visioning helps you get beyond self-limiting thoughts.
  • It gives you direction and purpose.
  • A greater sense of well-being and joy.
  • It promotes laser-like focus, action and resolve.
  • And visioning encourages and builds confidence.
  • It gives you more energy and a positive mental attitude.

This quote from Nelson Mandela sums it up succinctly:

“The power of imagination created the illusion that my vision went much further than the naked eye could actually see.”   Nelson Mandela

The amazing help that a Vision offers is its motivational pull towards the future you want to create.

“Create the highest, grandest vision possible for your life, because you become what you believe.” Oprah Winfrey

The art of Visioning is about creating a vision that motivates and drives you forward. Even if you have no idea how to get there – yet!

Visioning brings much more depth to it.

It makes the goal or intention or dream real. Imagine a 3D or 4D representation of the direction you would like to go in. Then using emotion, senses and values, and the unconscious. The unconscious understands in pictures. It’s a symbolic language, and it doesn’t know it’s not happening now, so it goes to work.

A few Vision Quotes to make you think!

“The only thing worse than being blind, is having sight, but no vision.”  Helen Keller

“I am not afraid of storms, I am learning how to sail my ship.” Louisa May Alcott

“I have learned over the years that when one’s mind is made up, this diminishes fear. Knowing what must be done does away with fear.” Rosa Parks

“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” Mother Theresa

Don’t forget, your future is built in your mind first, and only then does it start to materialise in your physical world, once you have a plan and you take the action steps to carry it out.
